ILLUSTRATIVE CONCEPTS · PHYSICAL PROTOTYPES NOT YET MADEWarm ivory faces, blue hands, and a silver pair of rings at twelve. Louis and Zélie belong together, with room for each to be its own watch.

A lace-inspired ivory dial with space to breathe. A compact, softened rectangle with a burgundy leather strap.
These are design intentions, not finished product specifications. Case, movement, materials, and finishes remain subject to sampling and manufacturer review.
My wife and I have always cared about our marriage and being honest with each other. Louis and Zélie give us an example to look toward as a couple and as parents raising our girls.
I nearly chose Louis as my patron saint when I was being confirmed. But what stays with me is the two of them together: their marriage, their faith, and the family they built.
There’s a creative connection, too. Louis was a watchmaker; Zélie built a lace-making business. That gives each watch its own starting point, while their shared life gives the collection its heart.
I want to make something beautiful that carries that meaning into an ordinary day. That’s why I’m starting Koslin.
Louis and Zélie Martin were canonized together in 2015, the first married couple to be canonized together as husband and wife. This is an independent design project inspired by their lives.
Historical background · Vatican Radio ↗The rings take the place of twelve. The blue hands connect the pair. Zélie’s texture nods to lace; Louis keeps a quieter surface.
Applied Martin rings, positioned as an hour marker. Final height and clearances need a physical sample.
A fine champagne frost is the intention for Louis, with a calmer field around the small-seconds register.
We’re exploring subtle raised, glossy KOSLIN lettering. The current illustration still shows flat lettering; the finish has not been sampled.
We’re working toward the first prototypes. Your honest reaction can help shape the watches before we commit to production.
